Hey Pling! is a trade name of RecordFlower VOF (Chamber of Commerce 99565285). The general terms of RecordFlower VOF apply to the use of Hey Pling! In addition, the following applies to Hey Pling!.

Hey Pling! addendum

  1. Subscription. Hey Pling! costs € 80 per month, excluding VAT, invoiced monthly in advance. Or you choose the yearly plan: € 864 per year, excluding VAT (10% off), invoiced twelve months in advance. All features are included.
  2. Normal use (fair use). The price covers normal use by a shop, with no fixed limit on products, orders or visitors. We call this fair use. If, for more than a month, you use Hey Pling! far more heavily than a typical shop, for example through a very large catalogue, a very high number of visitors or heavy traffic through an integration, and that puts a noticeably higher load on the platform than normal, we contact you first. A one-off peak, such as a sale or the holidays, does not count. Together we look for a solution: making your webshop or integration more efficient, or a custom package or hosting at a custom price. A new price only applies once you agree to it, or two months after we announce it in writing. During those two months you can cancel free of charge with effect from that date; on a yearly plan, we refund the prepaid amount for the remaining months. We never simply switch off your webshop or till connection. Only if your use acutely endangers the platform for other customers may we limit it temporarily. We tell you straight away and work out a solution with you.
  3. Trial and pilot. You can try Hey Pling! free for 30 days, without payment details. A pilot we agree on together lasts 60 days. After the trial or pilot you decide whether to continue.
  4. Cancelling. You can cancel the monthly plan any month, effective at the end of the current month. You cancel the yearly plan at the end of its twelve-month term, at least one month before that end; otherwise it runs for another year (article 9.2 of the general terms). A prepaid yearly amount is not refunded if you stop early.
  5. Your till as a sales channel. When you connect your till, we fetch your products once. From then on Hey Pling! is where you manage products, prices and stock; we pass them on to your till and your webshop. Counter sales come in automatically.
  6. No transaction fees from us. We charge no commission or transaction fees on your sales. Your payment provider (Mollie or Stripe) charges its own fees under your agreement with that provider.

Where they conflict, this addendum prevails over the general terms.
