€80 a month, excluding VAT. That includes everything: your webshop on your own domain, the till connection, one stock, payments, VAT and invoices, shipping labels, hosting in the EU and Dutch support. There are no tiers or add-on modules, and we charge nothing per sale.

Yes. Yearly you pay €864 excluding VAT, which works out at €72 a month, 10% off. You pay twelve months in advance and cancel at the end of that year. The yearly plan also starts with 30 days free.

No. There's no fixed cap on products, orders or visitors. The price covers normal use by a shop (fair use), and a busy sale or the holidays are part of that. If your shop runs far heavier than average for a longer period, we'll contact you first and work out a solution together. We never change anything without talking to you first.

Yes, for anything the fixed price doesn't cover: a theme we design just for you, a connection to your own systems, or hosting for a very large catalogue. Get in touch and we'll agree a price with you.

Yes. Add your products with photos, sizes and colours, pick a theme and connect your own domain. iDEAL payments, VAT and shipping labels are already built in, so you don't need separate apps or plugins.

Coming from WooCommerce or Shopify? Bring your products over with their own export file, including variants and photos. From another webshop, use a CSV file with name, price, stock and SKU. Then you set up shipping and VAT in Hey Pling! Switching covers your products: customer accounts and past orders don't come along. Stuck somewhere? We'll help you switch for free.

No. You can use Hey Pling! as a webshop only. Already have a till, such as PayPal Point of Sale (formerly Zettle), Loyverse, Lightspeed Retail (X-Series), Shopify POS or SumUp? Connect it and your stock matches everywhere. There's no need to buy a new one.

In Hey Pling! At the start we fetch your products from your till once. After that, Hey Pling! is where you keep everything: you add new products, prices, variants and stock here, and we put them in your till and webshop. You sell with your till as you always have, and every sale comes in automatically.

Yes. Using PayPal Point of Sale (formerly Zettle), Loyverse or SumUp on your phone or tablet? Connect it to Hey Pling! Sell something at the stall and the stock in your webshop is usually up to date within a minute. With SumUp it takes a few minutes.

A webshop sale counts straight away. Hey Pling! usually picks up a counter sale from your till within a minute and takes it off your stock everywhere. With SumUp it takes a few minutes. If you also sell on eBay or Amazon, they're updated within a few minutes.

No. Customers pay with iDEAL and more through Mollie or Stripe, paid out to your own bank account. Hey Pling! charges no commission per sale. Your payment provider does charge its own transaction fees.

Yes. Your webshop runs on your own domain. With the themes and the page editor you make it entirely your own.

Yes. You create PostNL, DHL and GLS shipping labels from your orders, and the VAT calculation is built in.
