For every shop. Your customers see the payment methods your Stripe account offers in their country.
Your own account. Mollie or Stripe pays the money out to you. We charge nothing per sale; your payment provider charges its own fees.

About integrations
Which integrations can I use?
Your own webshop is always included. On top of that you can sell on eBay and Amazon if you like, and connect your till: PayPal Point of Sale (formerly Zettle), Loyverse, Lightspeed, Shopify POS and SumUp.
Does an integration cost extra?
No. Every integration is included in the €80 a month excluding VAT. Marketplaces like eBay and Amazon do charge their own fees per sale.
How fast does my stock update?
A webshop sale counts straight away. Hey Pling! usually picks up a counter sale from your till within a minute and takes it off your stock everywhere. With SumUp it takes a few minutes. If you also sell on eBay or Amazon, they're updated within a few minutes.
Do I have to enter my products again?
No. If you have a till, your products come over from it once. From WooCommerce or Shopify you bring them over with their export file, and otherwise you use a CSV file. After that you manage everything in one place in Hey Pling!
Which payment providers does Hey Pling! work with?
Mollie and Stripe. Mollie is for shops in the EU: your customers pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, card, PayPal or another method you turn on. With Stripe they see the methods your Stripe account offers in their country. The money always goes to your own bank account.
Which carriers can I create shipping labels with?
DHL eCommerce Benelux, GLS Nederland and PostNL, through your own account with that carrier. Shipping labels are included in the price.
My till or channel is not listed. What now?
Let us know. We add integrations regularly and we'd like to hear which one you need.
